  • What destinations do you offer in your tours ?
    We offer tours and multiple excursions on the 8 Canary Islands as well as combined tours offering a wide range of activities - Tenerife - La Gomera - El Hierro - Gran Canaria -Lanzarote - Fuerteventura - La Palma -La Graciosa
  • How far in advance should I book a trip with you?
    When traveling to the Canary Islands, we recommend that you book your excursions at least 20 days in advance. If you are traveling during the festive periods (Santa Cruz Carnival or Holy Week), we recommend that you book at least a month in advance.For group trips and in order to guarantee availability in the accommodation of your choice and to be faithful to the expectations of your customers, it is best to prepare your trip 3 months in advance.
  • How do I book an excursion with you?
    The steps to follow are as follows: 1. Look on our website for your areas of interest and the islands you want to visit. 2. Contact us by WhatsApp, Facebook or Email to start managing your trip 3. Send us the payment through our means of payment. 4. Send us the necessary documents (proof of payment, copy of your passport or identity card, details of your flights and accommodation if you have booked these stages yourself. 5. We will then send you all the documents necessary for the smooth running of your stay with all the details concerning your reservation.
  • I am a travel agent, how do I request your services ?"
    You have a group that wants to visit the Canary Islands. Send us an email specifying the islands that the group wishes to visit, the approximate number of people in the group, the profile of the group as well as the desired dates. We are committed to providing you with unique tours and an accurate and transparent quote within 48 hours.
  • How can I make the payment?
    When validating the full quote, we send you a proforma invoice with our bank details. We only work by bank transfer. We generally ask for a deposit of 30% of the invoice in order to be able to reserve the various services offered. 30 days before the arrival of the group, we take stock of the registrations and we ask for the payment of the balance in order to be able to pay each of our service providers.
  • Is there group monitoring on site?
    Of course. When groups are on site and traveling with PILPIL TRAVEL, we provide our customers with an emergency number that can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will never leave you waiting for an answer. In the same way, travelers will be able to reach one of our French-speaking managers on site. Our team will always be able to respond favorably to the wishes of our customers so that each person leaves fully satisfied and dreams of coming back.
  • What types of hosting do you work with?
    Our "typical" tours are calculated with accommodation in a 4-star hotel. However, we can adapt perfectly to the needs of each client and we work with various accommodations of different ranges from youth hostels to guest houses to luxury 5-star hotels.
  • What are the special conditions for coming to the Canary Islands following Covid-19?
